Photocopied memorial book and news clippings about events to commemorate Elsa Rauch, a school teacher from Lueneburg, who was deported to Łódź and eventually gassed at Chelmno in 1942. The collection consists of a Łódź Ghetto coin, certificates, documents, photographs, and publications relating to the experiences of Cesia Uncyk and her family before the Holocaust in Poland, and after the Holocaust when she lived in a displaced persons camp in Germany and then emigrated to the United States. Some of these materials may be combined into a single collection in the future.

The author of the letters in this collection is Paula Levy née Eisenstaedt (b. 1886), born in Essen and perished in the Lodz Ghetto. Paula Levy was the great grandmother of the donor. margot Mendes is the donor's grandmother and Sonja Mendes is his aunt.

Consists of an article commemorating what would have been the 100th birthday of Dr. Victor Aronstein. The authors, Thomas Friedrich, Daniela Fuch, and Christa Hubner, give an extensive biography of Dr. Aronstein, including the hardships he faced from pre-war antisemitism and his experiences in the Łódź ghetto, where he probably perished in 1944, along with his wife and assistant, Lotte Korn.
