The fund preserves the materials of the Municipality of Belgrade from 1862 to 1944: City Assembly, City Council, Major, 18 administrative sections (Administrative section, Section for Culture, Section for Transports etc.), correspondence with citizens, Government, other local and national authorities, private entities; relating to the period 1941-194, correspondence with German authorities.

The collection contains i.a. a large quantity of documents of Referat do spraw żydowskich (Referat Judenfragen, Office for Jewish affairs, units 270-809) and Wydział administracji i pracy (Abteilung Innere Verwaltung und Abteilung Arbeit, Department of Administration and Labour), including lists of transports. The fonds contains written material from the time of the occupation, and it is preserved in a fragmentary fashion. Consists of one memoir, 7 pages, entitled "Heldentum in Guers" (Heroism in Gurs), written by Dr. Ludwig Mann. In the memoir, Dr. Mann, who worked as an inmate doctor, relates his memories of "heroes" he encountered in the Gurs camp--people who cared for the sick or who volunteered to replace others on transports. The memoir is undated, but was written sometime before Dr. Mann's death in 1947.
