U.S. Army tries out Finnish-style camouflage. United States troopers garbed in white robes for camouflage as they man a machine-gun nest and look for the ënemy'during the first winter camouflage exercises at the Fort Myer cavalry post, Virginia. It was the first time that American soldiers had used white robes in a test of the tactics employed by Finland's successful defenders.
