La Commission pour la restitution des biens mobiliers confisqués aux Juifs par les occupants allemands fut créée auprès de la Cour d'Appel de Trieste en 1957 pour procéder à la restitution d'un lot de biens mobiliers confisqués, retrouvé dans l'après-guerre en Autriche. La Commission recueillît les demandes de réparation et procéda à la restitution des biens.
