Justice and genocide
This paper examines both cosmopolitan and pragmatic arguments for the prosecution of genocide in international and transnational tribunals. While both approaches provide valuable insights regarding the potential for international prosecutions, they each overlook deontological arguments. The paper ends with an outline of a more strictly normative justification for genocide prosecutions.
