Wilhelm Meinberg, Chairman of the german reich party, adresses a party congress at Wiesbaden, september 1 1956. His party deputy is the well-known Adolf von Thadden. Meinberg was formerly commander of Hitler's personal SS-guard and director of the Hermann Goering industrial combine. He retired with a state pension which gave him leisure to stir up trouble again.
