Lieutenant Colonel Paul A. Fanning, Ret. donated the presentation by Seymour Caplan to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in May 2020. The presentation was recorded during a veteran luncheon in the Hudson Valley, NY area on March 12, 2016.
