French civilians clear bombed church for easter. French workmen clear away the debris before the Church of St. romy in Baccarat, France. Little but the walls and a pile of rubble is left of the church, built in 1858 and destroyed by bombs October 7, 1944, but the Frenchmen are preparing to hold Easter services in St. Remy despite the bomb damages.
