Anton Oleszak was born October 15, 1914, in Neustadt, Poland, near Łódź, to Johann Oleszak and Veronica Kotschikus. His father was a farmer, and the family was Catholic. Anton was married to Regina Koloscheska. On February 17, 1942, Anton was condemned to death by hanging in Dachau concentration camp in Germany. He was 28 years old.

Contains two memoirs entitled, "The Journey" and "My Liberation," about Frederica Muller's experiences in Auschwitz, on a death march from Neustadt-Oberschlesien to Gross Rosen during a snowstorm, as well as her experiences in Mauthausen and her liberation in Bergen-Belsen.

Photocopied documents. Contains copies of documents from when Rose Gruenapfel testified against war criminals in trial in occupied Germany, October 1945, as well as pre-war family photos, and text of translated pages from her diary, which she kept at Neustadt-Gleve concentration camp.

Nathan Rohloff (Natan Roloff) was Dagmar Phillips and Aviva Zylberberg’s paternal grandfather. The Roloff family lived in Riga, Latvia and Natan was an activist in the boy scouts movement. Natan’s son, Joachim Roloff married Thea Raudis. Their daughter Aviva was born in April 1940 and Dagmar in November 1941. The collection consists of eleven drawings created by Halina Olszewski (later Olomucki) during and after the Holocaust as her eyewitness testimony of people and scenes she saw and experienced in the Warsaw ghetto in Poland and as a prisoner in Majdanek, Auschwitz-Birkenau, Ravensbruck, and Neustadt-Glewe concentration camps.

The collection consists of 147 drawings, 47 oil paintings, and 135 mixed material pieces of artwork created by Halina Olomucki based upon her experiences in the Warsaw ghetto in Poland and as a prisoner and death march survivor of Majdanek, Auschwitz-Birkenau, Ravensbruck, and Neustadt concentration camps during the Holocaust.
