
Merrill B. Remick photograph collection
Merill Remick was a medic in the 261st Infantry Regiment, 65th Infantry Division, during World War II. Contains eight photographs taken at the Ohrdruf Concentration Camp on April 13, 1945, after its liberation by American forces. Each photograph is inscribed with a description on verso, in ink. Photographs are attached to cardboard with adhesive. Photographs taken by Merrill B. Remick, a member of the 261st Infantry Regiment, 65th Infantry Division.
