Several shots of SA men marching and saluting in a courtyard. 01:02:33 SA man greets several men in civilian clothes and hands them each something (award, medal, commendation?). Shots of a group of men in civilian clothes saluting, then more shots of uniformed men saluting, marching. Silver-helmeted firemen play instruments as a man climbs up and hangs a Nazi flag from a crane. Firemen perform a ceremonial exercise with their fire hoses and ladders. An SA man gives a seemingly impassioned speech to the firemen. Parade includes Hitler Youth, naval personnel, SA men, Reischsarbeitsfront. A man at a podium gives a speech; panning shots of the audience. The scene switches to an athletic competition, including a race and gymnastics. A large crowd of people, some wearing uniforms and some in civilian dress, eat and drink at picnic tables outside. A uniformed man leads a group of young men in a choir. Children play games. Soft focus shots of a large group of children watching some kind of performance indoors. Children compete in an egg and spoon race and a sack race. More speeches by uniformed party members.
