The material is indictments, case files, judicial decisions regarding the Collaborators of the Nazis in Greece. Reproduction is possible according to the provisions of the Law “General State Archives and other provisions” (the Law 1946/1991) and the Data Protection Act (the Law 2472/1997). The material of the Court Archives is available to researchers and the public according to the provisions of the Law “General State Archives and other provisions” (the Law 1946/1991) and the Data Protection Act (the Law 2472/1997). An electronic catalogue (in Greek) is available onsite. The special courts were founded in 1945.
