
Papers of Cyril Wernick
Cyril Wernick (1917-45) was a lance corporal in the Royal Norfolk Regiment. He was taken prisoner at the fall of Singapore and was held at Changi. Shortly after his release, he died of malnutrition and was buried in Madras.
