Herta Berg: family recipe notebooks

Herta Berg (née Bass) emigrated to the UK from Vienna in 1938 with her husband Gustav Berg and daughter Susanne to flee anti-Jewish persecution under the Nazi regime. This collection consists of two note books containing family recipes by Herta Berg, an Austrian Jew who sought refuge in the UK with her family in 1938. One of the books contains recipes from her sister Teta. Open
