The booklet laments the deterioration of the German nation after the Versailles treaty, which it blames on the Allied demands and its Jewish and so-called "Judaized" helpers (Democrats, Internationalists, Pacifists, and Monists) which he calls "Novemberlinge". The book contains a list of paragraphs that describe a current problem in Germany and gives reasons why Jews are to blame for it.
