R.A.F. drops arms to partisans in Yugoslavia. R.A.F. heavy and medium bombers recently dropped arms, ammunition and demolition explosive at two points on either side of a stretch of German-held Yugoslav territory wich had been narrowed to a bottle-neck by constant Partisan attacks on both flanks. The operation was carried out in order that the arrival of the supplies would enable the two Partisan forces to meet and so trap the enemy.
