U.S. and Belgian officers meet. U.S. and Belgian officers meet to discuss the formation of a new Belgian Army. Delegates of all Belgian resistance movements, numbering 150,000 men have requested that the new Belgian Army shall be formed chiefly by members of their groups. Shown in the group are: Colonel A.C.
