German school reopend under Allied supervision. Children and their parents are shown on the way to school through the ruins of Aachen, Germany, in June, 1945, to register for admission to classes opened for the first time in Germany by The U.S. Military Government. More than 600 pup8ils registerd for the first four grades under the strickt supervision of the U.S. Military Government. Twenty-two German teachers were chosen as instructors by the Americans and the textbooks were approved and printed by the Military Government,
