An unusual and historic investiture took place recently in Holland when Supreme Allied Commander in the European Theater of Operations General Dwight Eisenhower, and Britain's Field Marshal Sir Bernard Law Montgomery, Commander of the 21st Army Group, conferred decorations on both British and American army men. In a group brought together by Field Marshal 'Monty' for the Canadian army cameraman are to be seen, from left to right, Lt-General Sir Miles C.
