Seriously Wounded in Japanese Army Coup. General Watanabe, Inspector-General of Military Education, has been seriously wounded in the military coup in Tokyo. Admiral Okada, the Premier, Finance Minister Takahashi and Count Saito, ex-Premier, were assassinated. The coup was engineered by soldiers of the third Regiment of the First Division who, led by a Captain Nonaka, broke ranks while on the wy to the station to entrain for Manchukuo. Riots and incendiarism followed the assassinations an a partial form of Martial Law has been established in the city. Other Japanese troops have been ordered to quell the insurecction.
