Pamoesian oilfields, Tarakan Island, resume production. A bank of measuring tanks which damaged by fire during the Japanese demolitions and the Allied bombardment of the Pamoesian oilfields in May, 1945. Some of the derricks in the background were erected by the japanese when they sunk new wells during their occupation of Tarakan Island. NI 7278
